mimimi #3: 10-minute performance, summer 2018

Commissioned by the Babel Festival in Switzerland, the performance deals with the relationship between poetry and labor, and how precariousness helps maintain gender oppressions in the literary world. Inspired by the comedian Hannah Gadsby and Fiona Apple, the performance mixed poetry and music, and had the participation of the poet Prisca Augustoni, reading her translations of my book “o martelo” in Italian.
