Adelaide Ivánova (1982, Recife) é jornalista e ativista por justiça habitacional, trabalhando com poesia, fotografia, performance, tradução, formação política e edição. Em 2018 ganhou o Prêmio Rio de Literatura com seu segundo livro de poesia, “o martelo”, um livro de poesia documental baseado em pesquisas sobre violência sexualizada no Brasil. Seu livro mais recente, “ASMA”, foi escolhido o melhor de poesia de 2024, segundo a revista 451 e foi listado como um dos 20 melhores livros do ano, segundo a Folha de São Paulo. Em janeiro de 2025, venceu o prêmio APCA de melhor livro de poesia por “ASMA” e em agosto de 2025 foi anunciado como semifinalista do prêmio Oceanos. Seus livros e ensaios foram traduzidos para o alemão, galego, inglês, catalão, espanhol, grego, italiano, estônio, sueco e russo. Suas reportagens fotográficas fazem parte do acervo do Brandenburgisches Landesmuseum für moderne Kunst (Alemanha), L’arthotèque – Museu de Belas Artes (França) e Galeria Murilo Castro (Brasil). Não é descendente de russos. Mora em Berlim.

Adelaide Ivánova (1982, Recife) is a journalist and housing justice activist, working in poetry, photography, performance, translation, political education, and publishing. In 2018, she won the Rio de Janeiro Literature Prize for her second book of poetry, “o martelo,” a documentary poetry book based on research on sexualized violence in Brazil. Her most recent book, “ASMA,” was chosen as the best poetry book of 2024 by 451 magazine and was listed as one of the 20 best books of the year by Folha de São Paulo. In January 2025, she won the APCA award for best book of poetry for “ASMA,” and in August 2025, she was announced as a semifinalist for the Oceanos Prize. Her books and essays have been translated into German, Galician, English, Catalan, Spanish, Greek, Italian, Estonian, Swedish, and Russian. Her photo reportage are part of the collection of Brandenburgisches Landesmuseum für moderne Kunst (Germany), L’arthotèque – Museum of Fine Arts (France) and Galeria Murilo Castro (Brazil). He is not of Russian descent and lives in Berlin.
